The personal information we collect from our website is subject to the task/s you are completing. A large percentage of our website can be viewed without the provision or collection of personal information. However in the case that you are booking into a training course or purchasing a product information is collected and stored. This information may include:

  • Your personal details – Name, Address, DOB, contact details etc
  • Your payment option, if paying online information is also collected by external party STRIPE or eWAY
  • Username and Password
  • Personal information in order to recover a lost password

After booking into training participants are then required to complete an online pre course workbook, this is completed through an external website with Allens Training Pty Ltd. Please refer to their own Privacy Policy for information on their collection and uses.

2. WHY WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of:

  • To respond to requests or queries you raise
  • To confirm your identity
  • To fulfil orders made by you
  • To confirm bookings into upcoming training courses
  • To follow set requirements by the Australian Skills Quality Authority – www.asqa.gov.au
  • To keep you up to date with news, special offers, and other marketing information you have opted-in to receive.
  • Gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are on this Site.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.
This site uses the Lucky Orange analytics system to help improve usability and the customer experience. Lucky Orange may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity, information that you voluntarily enter on this website. As with the above, this collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of improving site usability and help resolving booking issues for those users who interact with our booking system.

We do not track or record sensitive data like passwords, credit card information, etc openly via our website. Credit card transactions/verifications are passed directly to our card processors like Stripe, eWay and PayPal, ensuring we are 100% PCI compliant.
