The pre-class online modules and resources offer great preparation before class and refresher materials after class. During the practical day, instructor Mark was fun, knowledgeable and used real life senarios to make sure everyone not only ticks the boxes but walks away ready to respond in any tricky situation. Chocking infant and adult, hypothermia, stroke, heart attack, broken leg, bleeding...you name it Highly recommend the CPR and first aid classes to anyone. And if you are an outdoor person (bushworker, climber, fisher, camper, remore worker, grey nomad etc etc), definitely do the remote first aid course! The online training component was easily accessible and informative. The face to face training with maria was excellent - having completed CPR training a number of times in the past with other companies I can honestly say Maria was the best, most approachable and helpful trainer I have had. She even demonstrated techniques, tips and tricks I had not seen before.
